Open purchase is valid for 30 days, after which we cannot offer repurchase or exchange of goods. For return, the product must be unbroken in its packaging and completely unused, with all labels intact and in good condition.
We do not accept repurchases on products that are considered intimate, ie bikini pants or swimsuits.
A valid receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns and repurchases must only be returned to the valid address on the delivery receipt.
When we have received your return and the one it has been inspected, an email will be sent to you that we have received your return. We will also notify you if return or repurchase is valid. If the return or exchange is valid, the refund will be made within a few days, through the payment method used for the purchase.
If you do not receive the payment, please check with your bank or card issuer first, it may take some time for the money to appear in your account. If you have done this and still no money has come, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you.
Only goods at full price can be returned, or exchanged. Open purchase does not apply when selling out.
Replacement of damaged or defective goods
We accept the exchange of goods that are incorrect or damaged upon delivery. Contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com if this has happened to you or if you have more questions.
If you received the item as a gift and it was sent directly to you, and would like to return or exchange the item, a gift certificate will be issued to you. If the item was sent to the person who gave you the gift, and who then gave you the gift, a return or gift card will be issued to the person who ordered the item.
Return the product to a valid address on your delivery note. The customer is responsible for paying for the return cost. Delivery time depends on the delivery method used.
