Refund policy

Returns

No returns or exchanges outside the EU.

We offer a 30-day return policy, or 15 days for sale items. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. For returns, the product must be in its original condition, with packaging, tags, and protective films intact. If the product has been tried on, it must have been done with underwear on and the protective film in place.

A valid receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns and refunds should be sent to the valid address listed on your delivery receipt.

For exchanges or returns within Sweden, please use the enclosed return label. Sale items do not qualify for free returns. For returns outside of Sweden, send to:

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email confirming the receipt. We will also notify you if the return or exchange has been approved. If approved, a refund will be processed within a few days through the original payment method used for the purchase.

If you do not receive the refund, please check with your bank or card provider, as it may take some time for the funds to appear in your account. If you’ve done this and still haven't received the refund, please contact us at info@kaandabeachlife.se and we will assist you.

A 15-day return or exchange policy applies.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We accept exchanges for items that are damaged or incorrect upon delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@kaandabeachlife.se if this applies to you or if you have any questions.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. If the item was sent to the gift giver and then given to you, a refund or gift card will be issued to the person who purchased the item.

Shipping

Please return the product to the valid address listed on your delivery note. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. Delivery times depend on the shipping method used.
